The Rough Guide to the Underworld

A Report of Gunfire premiered at the 2008 Capital Fringe Festival. In the July 3, 2009 issue of the Washington Post, Fringe Fanatic Mike Riley noted that "the Iraq war-themed A Report of Gunfire...turned out to be his favorite show."

This year, check out a new show by David J. Loehr, directed by Joel David Santner, the D.C. premiere of The Rough Guide to the Underworld, running from June 26 through July 11 at the Capitol Hill Arts Workshop.

And then, check out Loehr's latest script, the world premiere of A. D. at the 2009 Capital Fringe Festival. Again from the July 3, 2009 Post, Riley picks A. D. as one of his best bets, because A Report of Gunfire "'just hit me to the core,' so he can't wait to see what Loehr does for an encore."
